* Add-On Interaction & Collision Rule:- Independent Add-Ons: Base add-on pricing assumes items are drawn independently on their own isolated layers without altering other items.- If an add-on's appearance changes when items interact, overlap, or press against each other, there will be an additional fee- (Recommended) Alternatively, if you do not wish to pay double for custom interactions, you may request to adjust the character's pose or keep the add-ons separated/non-overlapping.* I do NOT accept partial pose between variants! Commercial UseAll commissioned artwork is for personal use only. This includes sharing it online, using it as an icon, or displaying it privately.You may not use the artwork for any income-generating purpose, such as merchandise, advertising, product branding, or resale, unless a separate commercial agreement is made.I retain full copyright to all commissioned illustrations unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.By commissioning me, you acknowledge and agree that my work is created in my original artistic style. Requests to deviate from or remove my stylistic choices will result in an automatic decline of the commission.

Slot Guidelines1. Active Commission Slots1.1 Capacity: Total active slots are strictly limited to 3 slots. Priorities are shared equally. Note: In exceptional circumstances or at my sole discretion, I may occasionally open 4th to accommodate specific project requests.1.2 The Extension Perk: Clients now have the option to extend their slot for a new project. If you choose to extend, you will retain your exact position in the queue instead of moving to the back of the line (e.g., if you hold Slot 1, you remain in Slot 1 for the next project).2. Extension Policy & DeadlinesTo retain your current slot for a consecutive project, the following conditions must be met:2.1 Advance Notification: You must notify me early and provide all references and details for the new illustration for evaluation. I reserve the right to decline concepts or subjects I am unable to fulfill.2.2 Payment Window: To ensure clients do not pay too early, invoices for extensions are only issued once the current project reaches 95% completion (labeled as "WIP Final").2.3 Forfeiture Deadline: Full payment and final details for the extension must be finalized before the completed files of the current project are delivered. If payment is not received by this deadline, the slot is automatically forfeited, released to the waitlist, and your name will be moved to the bottom of the waitlist.2.4 Eligibility for Extension: Slot extensions are granted at my sole discretion and are reserved for clients in good standing. To maintain a healthy and productive working environment, I reserve the right to decline an extension request if there is a lack of professional alignment or if previous cooperation proved difficult.3. Notification List3.1 No Upfront Requirements: Clients on the list are not required to submit project details initially and retain the freedom to cancel or remove themselves at any time without penalty.3.2 Slot Confirmation & Advance Evaluation: As an active project nears completion (at 95% WIP Final), I will initiate the verification process. If a slot is opening up, I will immediately reach out to the next client on the waitlist to review project details, discuss the scope of work, and provide a final price quote ahead of time.3.3 Seamless Transition: Official onboarding and processing will begin immediately as the current slot becomes vacant. This preparation window ensures the next project is fully set up with zero downtime between commissions.3.4 Non-Response Policy: To maintain a steady workflow, if your turn on the waitlist arrives and you do not respond or do not have your project details ready within this preparation window, the slot will automatically be offered to the next client in line.Old System vs. New System: What’s Changing?Previously, getting on the waitlist required you to submit full project details and references upfront just to secure a spot. This often felt like a lot of pressure, especially if your ideas or budget changed while waiting in line.Under the New System, joining the waitlist is entirely stress-free and zero-risk. You do not need to submit any project details upfront, and you have total freedom to cancel your spot at any time. I will only reach out to review your ideas and give you a price quote when an active slot is officially about to open up. However, to keep the line moving fairly for everyone, if your turn arrives and you don’t respond or don't have your details ready, the slot will automatically pass to the next person in line.

– No free revisions will be offered.
– Paid revisions (up to 3) are allowed for small details only (e.g., colors, minor tweaks).
– Major changes (pose, outfit, expression, theme) are not allowed once work begins.If you’re unsure about anything, please be specific before I start. By choosing creative freedom, you agree to trust my style and direction for the final result.REVISION POLICYThis policy is ONLY valid during the active commission period. Once the commission is finalized/delivered, revision requests will no longer be accepted under these terms.1. PAID REVISIONSPrice: $20–100+ per round (complexity-based).Nitpicks or minor changes = Paid.Progressively limited scope when revisioning

If I overlook something you clearly stated (e.g., drawing the wrong outfit, missing a requested item, or drawing grapes instead of the apple you specifically asked for), that will be corrected for free, because I agreed to do it from the start.What doesn’t count as a mistake:
If your description was vague or unclear, and I interpreted it in a way you didn’t expect, there are two options:A) If you want it changed, it will be treated as a paid revision.B) If you simply don’t like it, I will just remove for free.NOT Considered Mistakes:
a) Vague descriptions (e.g., "Make it sexier" → no free redo).
b) Subjective preferences (e.g., "I changed my mind about the pose").
c) Nitpicks (e.g., "The blush is 5% too pink").I’ll review the original description. If unclear, it’s not eligible for a free fix.4. AVOIDING FEESTell me "Ignore minor flaws" when approving updates to avoid unnecessary revision discussions.Demanding changes? Pay upfront before work continues.Final files withheld until all fees are paid.5. HARD LIMITSMajor changes after sketch = NEW COMMISSION (no exceptions).Vague/endless revision requests:
a) Work continues per the original agreement.
b) Further revisions will be refused.
c) Client forfeits the right to complain about unmodified elements.6. PREVIOUS VERSIONS
Files from previous versions will be overwritten after each revision.

REFUND POLICY1. Strictly No Refunds After Work Begins
• By commissioning me, you confirm:a) You have sufficient funds and are fully committed.
b) You understand all commissions continue regardless of your personal circumstances.2. Zero Cancellation Policy
• Once started, projects will be completed as agreed—no pauses, redos, or cancellations.
• This prevents time-wasting and system abuse.3. ExceptionsIf I am unable to complete the commission (for any reason), you will receive a partial refund based on the progress made and work already done.
Refunds will be issued within one (1) week.If you paid for a reservation or your slot is not yet active, and you choose to cancel, your payment is refundable with a 10% deduction to cover transaction fees and time spent discussing the now-cancelled project.
Example: If you paid $200, you will receive a refund of $180.
Refunds will be issued within one (1) week.If I personally cancel the commission (before starting or due to personal inability to proceed), you will receive a full refund with no deductions.

• If you don’t trust my work process, please do not commission me.

Phases (What I Send for Each Update)

What I will send each update!1) Sketch - Drawing Loose composition/pose, may have shadows.2) Lighting + Color Blocking - Set mood with color temperature (e.g., warm light/cool shadows). Roughly block in light/shadow hues (not just values).3) Polishing - Tighten shadows/light shapes for depth. Adjust saturation and local colors (e.g., skin undertones, material tints).4) Finishing - Texture, details, and final harmony (e.g., specular highlights, atmospheric effects).

Inquiry

Project Discussion1) Please send complete and detailed information about your commission. I strongly suggest being clear and specific about everything you want included in the illustration. You may use images or PureRef for visual references. The price will depend on the level of detail. Please note that my scope typically includes one female character with a simple background, anything beyond that may incur additional charges. Vague descriptions (e.g., "a girl with a staff" or "Draw me Asuka from Evangelion") will give me full creative freedom on the details, and you will forfeit the right to request any changes or revisions.2) If I accept your commission, I will be sending you an invoice. (I only use Patreon for payments)3) Once payment is received, I will begin the project.My usual commission work schedule is during weekends.
